Staged private rooms
A private, two-party space to work a commercial deal through its standard stages, from NDA and term sheet to warranties and force majeure, each confirmed by both sides. A separate conflict-resolution room can be opened if a dispute arises.
These rooms are private and access-controlled, not end-to-end encrypted; the same
basis as the members' forum. The administrator has no access unless you invite them, or a
conflict is declared (then they join the conflict room as a witness). Treat the contents as
confidential, not secret. Each stage closes only when both parties confirm it, and every
confirmation is recorded in an audit trail against the room's public reference.
